Czechitas announces a white paper titled "From Gender Digital Divide to Women's Digital Potential in the Czech Republic"
The gender digital divide is a global challenge, reflecting the obstacles faced by women and girls to gain and apply IT skills which are increasingly essential for work, education, and life. Women’s access to IT skills— and the ability to apply those skills— has specific social and economic implications for the Czech Republic.
The white paper outlines current gender gaps in IT, existing barriers to digital opportunity, and recommendations for closing the gender digital divide. It is designed to inform businesses, philanthropy, public policy, and social economy stakeholders across and beyond the Czech Republic.
